Maxdrill offers a complete line of tapered button bits and taper drill steel rod for all of your hand-held pneumatic drilling needs. 

For mine, quarry and tunnel work, we provide quality tools that withstand the toughest rock drilling demands. Our tapered bit and rods come in a variety of taper angles, and we provide tapered rods in a full range of shank configurations and steel hex diameters. Our tapered bits include both cross, chisel and button designs. And tapered rods are available with high-frequency or fully carburized heat treatments.

When it comes to the small-hole drilling tools equipped with pneumatic & hydraulic rock drills, Taper drill equipments is prevailingly used for rock drilling, blasting holes and other drilling works especially in the mining application and dimensional stone industry. The tapered rods work together with taper drill bits , has different length for various applications, our taper drill rods come in a variety of taper angles, generally, the light duty rock drill usually use 7 taper or smaller taper angle, the heavy duty rock drill mainly use 11,12 taper angle. We provide tapered rods in a full range of shank configurations and steel hex diameters for hand-held pneumatic drilling needs.
